Emo Backstory Recap: Kiryu's only registered because he got caught and forced. He's spent the last ten years in and out of jail for petty crimes and trying to keep as much of a low profile as possible. Although any time he's been out he's been working with resistance groups. The last time he was arrested was three years ago; he finally did something right and was able to stay at large for a while.
Where They Are Now: Hiding out back home in the City itself.
Other notes?: He won't dye his hair, but he did get a wig so he can blend in easier. He doesn't wear short sleeves anymore. He actually goes by "Stardust Knight" or "Souji Okita" in public and private now; only a few people know his real name. Oh, and he's 31 now. >_> And he's pretty fluent in English.
